Tanto «also» como «too» y «as well» significan «también». La
diferencia radica en su posición con la frase.
«Also» se utiliza antes del verbo:
Por ejemplo:
They have two cars and they also have a boat.
Ellos tienen dos coches y también tienen un barco.
I like soccer and I also like football.
Me gusta el fútbol y también me gusta fútbol americano.
«Also» se coloca detrás del verbo si éste es «to be»:
She is also living here.
Ella también está viviendo aquí.
Your parents are also Mexican.
Tus padres son también mexicanos.
«Too» y «as well» se colocan al final de la oración:
They love holidays.
I love them too.
A ellos les encantan los feriados.
A mí me encantan, también.
I speak English and Spanish as well.
Hablo inglés y también español.
Julia enjoys skiing and playing tennis too.
Julia disfruta esquiando y también jugando al tenis.
We like hamburgers and hot dogs as well.
Nos gustan las hamburguesas y también los hot dogs.
